‘The Double Agent is back! It has the Humbucker/P90 pickups, but on a single cutaway body, with a tuneomatic bridge and stop tail. Now, hardtail fans can switch seamlessly from powerful to cool. And when the pickups are combined, the tone is a unique depth-meets-twang unlike anything else. 

We design our own proprietary custom pickups, to achieve the best tonal match with our instruments. Reverend pickups are also specifically designed for each position, for balanced volume and tone when switching. 

The Roasted Maple neck is heat treated at over 300° F to remove sugars, moisture, and impurities. This maple is lighter, more stable, and has a beautiful caramel color. The result is an exceptional maple neck that will require less seasonal adjustment and boasts a rich vintage look. 

Korina (aka White Limba) is a medium-lightweight wood, highly prized for consistency and tonal qualities. Often found in boutique and vintage instruments, all Reverends feature Korina bodies. A highly resonant wood, Korina is a key factor to producing our lively, responsive instruments that are rich in harmonics. 

This passive bass roll-off is great for tightening up the low end or re-voicing the pickups. It can make a humbucker sound like a single-coil or give a P-90 that classic twang. Variable pickup voicing at your fingertips.’

This Reverend Double Agent presents in great condition. There is some light swirling on the pickguard, some small scratches around the body, and a small dent on the back near the lower bout, but other than that a pretty clean guitar.

The neck feels great, and the guitar sounds bright and resonant acoustically; usually a great indicator of a lively guitar. And that it certainly is, the ability to choose between or mix both the P90 and humbucker pickups allows for a load of variations in tone, all of which sound great.

This is a great looking and sounding guitar, at a price that won't break the bank.
