Fender Tele Plus V2 – USA 1999

Even before the creation of the Fender Deluxe, Elite and Ultra series, the guys from Fender wanted to make something that really stood out. Presenting the rare Fender American Telecaster Plus V2 in the stunning Mystic Black finish. Due to the presence of a pickup in the middle position, these Teles are often confused with the Fender American Deluxe Nashville, but are a different beast completely. 

The body is finished in a nice Mystic Black and topped off with a white 3-ply pearloid pickguard. It has a C shaped maple neck with 22 frets, 25.5” scale length, rear skunk stripe and closed back Fender tuners. 
 
The condition is excellent with hardly a mark on it, the frets are free of wear, there are no dents or bruises on the body or neck, there is no tarnishing of the hardware, and the playability is A1.

The neck is straight, the truss rod is operating as it should, and all electronics are in good working condition. Action is currently medium low with lots of adjustment available either way.

This is a very versatile guitar, with a great variety of tonal options at your fingertips. The Fender Tele Plus V2 is one of the rarest production USA guitars from the 1990's and this is a stunning example!
