This '59 Les Paul Standard Reissue presents super high quality fit, finish, attention to detail, faultless flame top, AND that is one of the lighter unchambered Les Pauls you will ever find at under 8.47lbs!

It is in great condition with very little player wear to report. There is the odd bump or bruise and some signs of buckle rash - but nothing offensive. The neck is straight, with no cracks or repairs. The frets are barely worn with lots of life ahead of them. The action is fast and smooth - it is an exceptional guitar to play.

The replacement ThroBak PG-102 pickups are wound with the same output specifications as the vintage PAF pickups in the original "Greenie" Les Paul played by Peter Green and utilising oriented vintage spec. block charged long A5 the PG-102 offers the power and focus that was such a integral part of the Peter Green pickups sound. With the neck magnet flipped for middle position out of phase tones, these PAF humbucker pickup clones give tonal colours made legendary by the great Peter Green.

This is a fantastic, lightweight '59 Les Paul R/I, with a beautiful bookmatched flame maple top. From plastics using the original vintage spec material, to the carving of tops and necks to ensure vintage accurate profiles and dishing, these reissues are about as close as it gets to owning a real vintage instrument.

Comes in its Gibson brown hard shell case in as new condition.
