Jarrett Forza (Serial #00001) - USA 2007
Pickup currently unavailable
This is the first Jarrett Forza ever made, with serial number JF00001. Supposedly, only 30 of these were made in the Deep Cherry finish, making this a very special guitar and collector’s item.
From Jarrett:
‘The Jarrett Forza was introduced in 2007 and was influenced by a number of classic models, not only for its contemporary good looks but also for its range of tonal capacities. A 335-like center block construction and neck carve are paired with a 25.5" scale and 24 frets for a bright, crisp tone. Body is constructed of prima vera, or "white mahogany," with a maple cap. The foundation is rounded out with a fast, trim 3-piece laminated maple neck for strength (no scarfe joint) and a macassar ebony fingerboard for brightness. Your choice of humbuckers make this instrument sweet and mellow or make you want to cry for your mother. String through the body offers a fuller sustain. We love the Schaller 5-way Superswitch, which allows us to wire the instrument any way you like. In phase? Out of phase? In parallel? In series? The Superswitch allows us to do just about anything you like. And don't forget the amazing Stetsbar trem.
Roughly 70% of our guitars are ordered with a piezo system. We tried them all. RMC, Fishman, Baggs. They were all good, but none could hold up to the Graph Tech piezo system. Ghost pre-amp, individual piezo saddles, 3-way mini toggle, stereo jack. Plenty of horsepower, minimal string quack and best of all, NO FEEDBACK. None. Zero. Zip. Nada. Play the acoustic alone or meld it with the magnetic pickups for a fuller, richer tone.’

This Jarrett Forza presents in great condition, with very little player wear evident. This guitar was the protoype built and displayed by Jarrett Guitars at trade shows and guitar exhibitions back in 2007 and onwards, afterwhich it was sold to the current owner, who has looked after it extremely well.
Plugged in, this beast is the real deal; tonnes of sweet tone with great natural sustain and resonance. It is joy to play, with a smooth, fast neck and beautiful ebony fingerboard, you won’t want to put this one down. A great looking and sounding guitar and the first ever made of its kind, definitely worth a look!
Comes in its original Jarrett hardshell case.
