This is a Paul Reed Smith (PRS) Custom 22 (CU22) built in Maryland USA in 2005. It is finished in very beautiful Honey Maple and while it doesn’t sport a “Ten Top” marking - the designation applied by PRS to those instruments with a particularly stripey maple cap - this one comes mighty close with its striking bookmatched carved top.
Played by internationally touring artists and pro musicians worldwide, the Custom 22 features PRS’s patented tremolo system and PRS HFS treble and Vintage Bass pickups with volume and tone controls.

The pickups are thick but not muddy, with lots of cut from both and have a really distinctive sound.
Weight is 7.7 lbs
This one is in great condition. It has some very light scratches on the rear finish which can only be seen in a certain light. This guitar shows some signs of player wear with some tarnishing of the nickel pickup covers & bridge. It does display some fret wear but there is still plenty of life left in the frets.
