The 0-40R is part of Larrivée's 40 Series, which is known for its balanced tone, excellent projection, and rich sustain. The "0" in the model name refers to the body size, which is a small-bodied guitar.

The 0-40R features a solid wood construction, typically with a Sitka spruce top and Indian Rosewood back and sides. This tonewood combination produces a warm and focused sound with a good amount of clarity and articulation.

Other notable features of the Larrivée 0-40R include an ebony fretboard and bridge, a mahogany neck, a bone nut and saddle, and high-quality tuners. The guitar also come with built-in electronics with volume and a blend function for amplified performance and recording purposes.

ThisLarrivée is a gorgeous looking guitar with intricate pearl inlay in the headstock, lovely colourful grain in the sitka top and dark Indian rosewood on the back and sides. The mahogany neck is smooth and clean and plays very nicely. The guitar a a sweet, bright tone with great volume and sustain - perfect for fingerpicking or strumming away.

The guitar is in near-new condition - there really isn't a mark on it. The frets are unplayed, the pickguard is clean and there is no evidence of player wear. A great looking and sounding guitar for a great price.

Comes in its original hardshell case.
